1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the player," "you," "your") and r3r3 ("the platform," "we," "us," "our") operating at r3r3.pro. By accessing the r3r3 website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all sections of the r3r3 platform — including but not limited to Casino, Sports betting, Bingo, Esports, Promotions and the r3r3 mobile App. Additional terms specific to individual promotions or product sections may apply alongside these general Terms; where there is a conflict, the more specific terms for a given promotion or product section will take precedence for that context.

r3r3 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify players of material changes, but it remains your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and hold an active account on r3r3, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. r3r3 is strictly an adult platform. We do not permit accounts to be held by persons under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of any third party or business entity.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement — either through r3r3 directly or through any other responsible gaming mechanism — that would prohibit your use of online gaming platforms.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during the registration process. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact details and payment information.
• You must not already hold another active r3r3 account. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances may be forfeited.

r3r3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time — including but not limited to a government-issued CNIC, passport, or proof of address — to verify eligibility. Account activity may be restricted pending completion of verification. This is standard practice and is designed to protect all players on the platform.

3 Account Responsibilities

Your r3r3 account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials. Specifically:

• You must keep your password confidential and must not share it with any other person. r3r3 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other channel.
• You must notify r3r3 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You must not allow any other person — including family members — to use your account to place bets, play Casino games or access any platform feature.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your personal details remain accurate and up to date. If your registered mobile number, email address or payment details change, you must update your account promptly.
• You must not open an account for any other person, or allow your account to be used by any other person under any arrangement.

r3r3 will process transactions and take account instructions at face value based on the credentials provided. Losses that result from failure to maintain proper account security are the responsibility of the account holder.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on r3r3 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, IBFT Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets.

• Minimum deposit: PKR 200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by r3r3 at a platform level, though individual payment method providers may impose their own limits.
• Deposit processing: JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically reflected in your r3r3 PKR balance within seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing schedule of your financial institution.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Processing times vary by method. r3r3 does not charge a platform-level withdrawal fee, though third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
• Verification before withdrawal: r3r3 reserves the right to require identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting proof of identity (CNIC or passport) and confirmation that the payment method is registered in your name.
• Source of funds: All deposited funds must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from accounts held by third parties are not permitted and will result in the transaction being reversed and the account being reviewed.

r3r3 does not charge currency conversion fees — all transactions are processed natively in PKR without any hidden exchange rate markups on the r3r3 side. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside of r3r3's control.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

r3r3 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers across Casino, Sports, Bingo and Esports. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms — including minimum qualifying deposit, eligible sections, wagering requirements and expiry dates — which are stated on the Promotions page at the time the offer is live.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made against bonus-derived winnings. The specific wagering requirement for each offer is stated in its individual promotion terms.
• One bonus per player: Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, each active promotion is available once per player, per household and per payment method.
• Bonus abuse: r3r3 monitors account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or exploiting technical errors. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have their bonus funds removed and any resulting winnings voided.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within their stated validity period will expire automatically. r3r3 is not obliged to reinstate expired promotional credits.
• Promotional terms take precedence: Where a specific promotion's terms differ from these general Terms in relation to that promotion, the promotion-specific terms will apply for that context.

r3r3 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn or modified after a player has already met the qualifying criteria, any bonus already credited will remain subject to the original wagering requirements in place at the time of crediting.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed through the r3r3 Sports section, covering Cricket (including PSL and T20 internationals), Football, Esports and all other sports markets available on the platform.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation notice from r3r3. Until confirmation is received, no bet has been accepted. In cases of technical error during the bet placement process, bets will not be considered valid unless confirmed.
• Odds changes: Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. If odds change between the time you select a market and the time your bet is confirmed, the updated odds will apply. r3r3 does not guarantee that the odds displayed at time of selection will be the same at time of confirmation for live in-play markets.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, postponement beyond a defined period, obvious pricing errors, or where the outcome has been determined to involve irregular activity. Void bets are returned to your PKR balance at the original stake amount.
• In-play betting: Live in-play markets are subject to suspension and reinstatement as matches progress. r3r3 will not be responsible for bets placed on suspended markets due to latency between the live match and your connection. Any bet placed on a suspended market will be voided.
• PSL and Cricket markets: During Pakistan Super League season and major T20 and international cricket series, r3r3 may offer expanded markets including same-match specials and over-by-over betting. These are subject to the same rules as all other sports markets and additionally to any specific rules stated at the time those markets are offered.
• Maximum winnings: r3r3 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per event, per day or per market type. These limits are displayed on the relevant markets where applicable.
• Integrity: Any bet identified as being placed with prior knowledge of a fixed or irregular result will be voided. r3r3 cooperates with sports integrity bodies where required and reserves the right to withhold payment on any bet suspected of being linked to match manipulation.

7 Casino & Bingo Rules

All Casino games and Bingo rooms on r3r3 operate according to the rules specific to each game or room type, which are displayed within the game interface. The following general rules apply across all Casino and Bingo activity:

• Game outcomes: All Casino game results are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. r3r3 does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are final once a game round has completed.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Casino game and Bingo room has its own minimum and maximum stake or ticket price, denominated in PKR. These are clearly displayed within the respective game or room interface before you begin play. Slot bets on r3r3 start from PKR 20.
• Live Casino: Live Casino games are streamed in real time with human dealers. Once a round has commenced and the dealing or spinning phase has begun, no bets may be changed or withdrawn. Technical disconnections during a Live Casino round will not entitle a player to a refund of stakes placed before the disconnection.
• Bingo rooms: Bingo tickets purchased for a scheduled room are non-refundable once the room has commenced. If a scheduled Bingo room is cancelled by r3r3 before it commences, ticket purchase amounts will be returned to your PKR balance.
• Crash games: In crash game formats such as Aviator, it is your responsibility to cash out before the multiplier crashes. Failure to cash out before the crash results in loss of the stake for that round. r3r3 is not responsible for player decisions or timing in crash game formats.
• Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that affects a Casino game or Bingo round, r3r3 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the players involved. No claims for winnings will be entertained in respect of a malfunctioning game round.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on r3r3 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, software or any other technological means to place bets, interact with games or manipulate platform outcomes.
• Colluding with other players in Casino, Sports or Bingo contexts to gain an unfair advantage — including but not limited to chip dumping, coordinated arbitrage betting or organised group bonus exploitation.
• Providing false information during registration or verification, including false date of birth, identity documents or payment details.
• Using stolen, compromised or unauthorised payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
• Attempting to exploit pricing errors, technical glitches or software bugs for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known platform error are not considered valid and will be voided.
• Holding more than one r3r3 account or using another person's account.
• Engaging in any activity that r3r3 reasonably believes constitutes money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime in connection with your account.

9 Responsible Gaming

r3r3 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. We take our responsible gaming obligations seriously and make the following tools and resources available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: You can set a weekly or monthly PKR deposit limit from your account dashboard. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased without a cooling-off period. Reductions take effect immediately.
• Session reminders: Set a maximum session time after which r3r3 will remind you that your set duration has been reached.
• Self-exclusion: You may request to self-exclude from r3r3 for a defined period — from one week up to a permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be inaccessible for all gameplay and deposit activity. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted through account settings or by contacting support directly.
• Reality checks: You may configure periodic on-screen reminders showing your session duration and net gaming activity during that session.

r3r3 encourages all players to use the platform within their means — setting a personal PKR budget before playing and treating all gaming activity strictly as entertainment, not as a source of income. If at any point gaming feels difficult to manage or is affecting your daily life or finances, we strongly encourage you to visit the Responsible Gaming page for guidance and to make use of the tools available.

r3r3 does not extend credit to players. You may only play using funds that have been successfully deposited into your r3r3 PKR balance. Playing on credit in any form is not possible on this platform.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

r3r3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Identification of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other financial crime.
• Where required to do so for compliance, legal or regulatory reasons.

Where an account is closed for a reason other than a breach of these Terms, any verified PKR balance remaining will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Where an account is closed due to a breach, r3r3 reserves the right to withhold funds pending the outcome of an investigation and to apply any applicable forfeiture provisions.

You may also choose to close your own r3r3 account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and any remaining verified balance will be returned subject to standard withdrawal verification procedures.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the r3r3 platform — including but not limited to the r3r3 brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, written content, graphics, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the property of r3r3 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the r3r3 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, modify or create derivative works from any r3r3 content. Any unauthorised use of r3r3 intellectual property may result in account closure and may give rise to legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r3r3's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your r3r3 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• r3r3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses — including loss of opportunity, loss of profits or loss of data — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• r3r3 shall not be liable for losses arising from your own decisions — including but not limited to bet selection, game choices or failure to use available responsible gaming tools.
• r3r3 shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including telecommunications network failures, internet outages, power failures or events of force majeure.
• r3r3 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption at all times, though we make reasonable efforts to maintain consistent service availability.

13 Privacy & Data

r3r3 collects and processes personal data as part of operating the platform — including registration details, transaction records, device and session data, and communications with support. Full details of how your data is collected, stored, used and protected are set out in the r3r3 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering and using r3r3, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to your data, to request corrections where data is inaccurate, and to request deletion of your data subject to any legal retention obligations that r3r3 is required to comply with.

r3r3 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and other service partners strictly to the extent necessary for platform operations.

14 Changes to These Terms

r3r3 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, r3r3 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the r3r3 platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
